Shop Manager (“the App” or “the Service”) is provided by Zubair Shahzad. You can reach us at contact@softlearnhub.com or through Settings > Customer Support inside the App.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shop Manager point-of-sale, inventory and bookkeeping application. By creating a shop, joining one, or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for business use by adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into this agreement. The App is not directed to children.
You sign in with an email address and password or with Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account. A one-time password (OTP) is emailed to you to confirm sensitive actions such as manual login and account deletion. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
A shop owner may invite members and grant each one a role (manager, sales manager, stock manager, admin or staff) with specific permissions. Shop owners are responsible for who they invite and for the access they grant. Owners can disable a member’s access at any time. Members can see the business data of the shop they belong to.
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us permission to store and process it so that the App can work for you — keeping your records, calculating balances and reports, and sending you notifications. We do not sell your business data.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for meeting the tax, accounting, invoicing, data-protection and consumer-protection rules that apply to your business.
When you record a customer or supplier, you may enter their name, phone number and address. That information belongs to the people concerned, and in relation to it you act as the data controller and we act as your processor. You confirm that you are allowed to enter it and to use the App to store it, and that you will handle any request those people make about their information.
The App calculates stock levels, average cost, profit, supplier payables and customer receivables from the records you enter. These figures are for your own information and business management. They are not accounting, tax, investment or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for professional advice or for your own verification. You remain solely responsible for validating balances and for collecting any amounts owed to your business.
Some features are offered on a paid plan. Paid plans are sold through Google Play Billing. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Prices may vary by country and may change; any change will apply from your next renewal. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. Removing the App does not cancel a subscription.
The App may display banner advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Ads are clearly separated from your business data and never contain it. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising identifiers are handled and how to limit ad personalisation on your device.
You agree not to: use the App for anything unlawful or fraudulent; upload content you have no right to use; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, other shops or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service; reverse-engineer, decompile or copy the App except where the law expressly allows it; or use the App to store data unrelated to running a business. Repeated failed verification attempts may be rate-limited or temporarily blocked to protect the Service.
The App relies on services provided by others, including Google Firebase, Google Play Billing and Google AdMob. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of those providers. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.
We may update, improve, suspend or withdraw parts of the App, and we may add or change features. We aim to protect your data and restore service as quickly as is practical, but the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You can delete a shop from Settings, and your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Account deletion is confirmed with an email OTP and starts a 30-day grace period; logging in during that period cancels it. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted and when.
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, or where we must do so to comply with the law or protect other users. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you an opportunity to export your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost sales, lost goodwill or lost or corrupted data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always shown here with its effective date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms: contact@softlearnhub.com, or Settings > Customer Support in the App.
